Choice Extraction Inc. will determine what is legal per the 2018 Farm Bill with the distribution of Hemp and all hemp derivatives through online forums, articles, and push notifications. Choice Extraction Inc. will require all customers to provide an EIN (Federal Tax ID) before the purchase of any products from Choice Extraction Inc. Choice will then review the most recent and current map of Delta 8 / Hemp derivates and the legality per geographical area.

Choice Extraction Inc. only sells Business to Business currently.

If this procedure is not followed, the offender will get written up. If a second offense occurs, the employee will be terminated.

Choice Extraction Inc. keeps the right to never ship to any territories or states where local laws conflict with H.R. 2: The Agricultural Improvement Act of 2018, also known as the 2018 Farm Bill.
